Certified Pre-Owned bikes can be purchased online, but cannot be shipped. Every CPO bike can be viewed, test ridden, and also purchased in person at our shop at 3422 West MacArthur Blvd. (SUITE J) Santa Ana, CA 92704.

Multi-Point Inspection

Each bike passes a full inspection covering:

• Battery: capacity tested under load, cells checked for balance, and housing, contacts, and charge port checked for damage. Measured battery health is stated in the listing.
• Motor and electrical: power delivery, pedal-assist and throttle response, display, sensors, wiring, connectors, and lights.
• Brakes: pads or rotors measured and replaced if below service limits. Brakes are adjusted, bled if required, and checked for stopping performance.
• Drivetrain: chain wear measured, and derailleur, cassette, and shifting adjusted and verified.
• Frame and fork: checked for cracks, bends, weld integrity, and structural damage.
• Wheels and tires: spokes tensioned, wheels trued, and tires checked for tread and sidewall condition.
• Hardware: all fasteners torqued to manufacturer specification.
• Road test: a final ride test across all assist levels.

Any component that fails inspection is repaired or replaced before sale. Bikes that cannot meet our standard are not certified.

Sold As Shown

The photo in this listing is of the exact bike you will receive, not a stock image. A single photo cannot capture every detail of a pre-owned bike, so we strongly recommend visiting our shop to see and test ride the bike in person before purchase. Any cosmetic marks, scuffs, or signs of prior use that we identified during inspection are noted in the condition report. Verified Ownership

Each VIN/serial number is checked against stolen-bike registries before we acquire the bike. Every bike is unmodified from factory speed and power settings and is sold in its original class configuration.

Test Rides

Test rides are available on every Certified Pre-Owned bike. We strongly recommend riding the bike before purchase to confirm fit, handling, and assist performance.

• Scheduling: Call (714) 302-5992 to reserve a time. Walk-in test rides are offered when staff and the bike are available.
• Requirements: Riders must be 18 or older and present a valid photo ID. A signed liability waiver is required before every ride. Riders under 18 may ride only with a parent or legal guardian present to sign on their behalf.
• Safety: A helmet is required for all test rides; one is provided if you do not have your own. Closed-toe shoes are required.
